Very quiet but only 5 minutes walk from centre of small town. Excellent touring centre - coast 15 miles, Edinburgh 1 hour by car. Newcastle upon Tyne 20 minutes more,. West coast only a day trip. Many castles, stately homes and historic sites. Sorry not suitable for children under 12. Pets by arrangement.

Duns is 1 hour by car from historic Edinburgh or can be reached by train to Berwick upon Tweed (16 Miles) and then bus. Situated in small country town. Coast 16 miles. Excellent for touring, cycling and walking. Many Historic houses and Castles.
